During the time of hiring the Corporates look for candidates with certain job competencies. After hiring, however, the competencies shown by the candidates in the work situation do not often match the expectations of the Corporate. This situation emphasizes the need for Corporate to analyze and understand the behavior of the candidates better during the time of hiring.
Every company requires a competency model, a set of skills and attitudes, for high performance on the job. If the workforce of a company is able to exhibit these qualities, that company will grow steadily from strength to strength.

| Methodology |
The whole process of Competency Analysis begins by identifying the competencies required for a work force. It has the following steps:
- Identify the competency requirement: ComPAS provides a set of core competencies required for a job. However it can be modified or regrouped to suit the requirement
- Identify the candidate’s ability: Candidates are to answer the questions, which are developed, based on the behavioral patterns stored in the brain. These questions are developed after years of research
- Assessment: The answers are analysed and an individual assessment of strengths and weaknesses with respect to the required job profile is generated. This assessment is 85% - 90% accurate

| What employers can expect |
- Corporate can send the login ID and password to the candidate/agent so that candidate can take up the test from any place where there is connectivity.
- Once the candidate has taken the test, further processing such as follow up mails with the candidate for interview etc can be done in bulk using email templates.
- Track the candidates by setting various stages such as "Short Listed", "on Hold", "Appointed", "Rejected" etc.
- Check and rate the candidate against any other job profile.
- Select multiple candidate to have a comparative study in a graphical way.
- Define job profile competency and search through our resume database to match candidates.
- Directly register the candidate from resume DB to the coporates' DB of ComPAS.
- Assess the staff periodically every six months based on the soft skills as a part of appraisal.
