    The top end of the company comprises of Mr. Alexander Varkey (CEO and Managing Director),Mr. Kouchi Suzuki (Chairman) and Mr. Narikyo (Director). The technical team has motivated, qualified and highly
    efficient young engineers with an average experience of five to eight
    years. The team is very cohesive and the environment is friendly that
    helps all of us share our thoughts without hesitation. Each project is
    lead by a team leader who has good social and professional rapport with
    his team members. The groups are divided into various verticals
    according their specialisation.

    We at JIN believe in continuous development, improvement and development
    in all the activities at work. We are always in the pursuit of achieving newer heights in terms of the quality of work and deliverables which in turn will result in greater satisfaction for the work force and growth in their intellectual capabilities.

    We have a technically strategic group called "Core Engineering Group"
    primarily supporting all the technical activities in improving the throughput and making the approach efficient for the rest of the work force. The CEG absorbs new technologies and percolates it down in the organisation. It also helps engineers in optimising their effort at work and hence making our deliverables more robust, efficient, scalable and usable in the real life.

    In the marketing department we have a "Business Intelligence Group", which is our eyes and ears to the market. We get in-depth information about market trends and new technologies, which help us strategise and prepare for future customer needs.

    Engineering environment:

    JINIS has a very efficient and well-tested development environment that
    includes tools and practices. Our completely documented processes including development processes, HR Processes, administration processes, marketing processes and various other processes that are required in daily functioning of business. JINIS is ISO 9001:2000 certified company since more than year 2002. We provide a dedicated single point of contact for every customer.

    Every project undergoes a mandatory quality audit once every ten days
    throughout the development period. There are dedicated quality assurance
    and testing specialists who continuously monitor the processes and deliverables.

    JINIS also has dedicated language co-ordinators to better cater to our
    customers in their own language. The language co-ordinators act as interface point for the customers and translate the documents and emails to the required language. We have native Japanese citizens in our Bangalore office to support our Japanese customers. Co-ordinators for other languages are brought in as and when needed on contracts.
