We at JIN Information Systems (P) Limited are committed to truly satisfying our customers worldwide, by providing defect-free software products, solutions and long-term services, on-time and within budgeted costs, which would establish our organization as the 'Natural Choice' for repeat business.

We shall achieve this through discipline and teamwork, with the active participation of all our employees, and by following an effective organization-wide Quality Management System conforming to ISO 9001:2000.

 
ISO 9001: 2000 Certification:
Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) with UKAS Accreditation has awarded the Certificate of Approval to JINIS on 16th February 2002.

Certificate no : 166565

Scope of Certification:
Design & Development, Testing, Delivery and Maintenance of Software products and services, including projects in the domain areas of e-commerce, enterprise solutions, finance, sales and distribution, legacy systems, product engineering solutions and services on internet, client server and distributed environments

Definition of Quality Management System:
Quality Management System is the "Management system to direct and control an organization with regard to quality".

Process Approach:
ISO 9000 series of standards promote the adoption of a process approach when developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a quality management system , to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements.

For an organization to function effectively, it has to identify and manage numerous linked activities. An activity using resources and managed in order to enable the transformation of inputs into outputs, can be considered as a process. Often the output from one process directly forms input to the next.

The application of a system of processes within an organization, together with the identification and interactions of these processes, and their management, can be referred to as the "process approach".

In ISO 9001:2000 there are 8 main clauses among which first three are generic clauses and five are auditable clauses.
