Welcome to the Human Resources section of our website! I’m Rekha, JINIS’s Human Resources
Facilitator and I’m delighted that you’ve taken the time to learn more about us. We hope you will
actively consider talking to us for a career move that will transform you!
We’ve always known that Human Resources are the best competitive advantage a company
can have. Not technology, not management - only Human Resources. That’s why we’ve spent time in
developing a culture that’s informal but focused. The Innovative Human Resource processes we follow
ensure fairness in treatment, an open exchange of relevant information and a desire to be perfect,
without being dogmatic. It helps that we are able to borrow ideas from Japan whenever needed. So
what you’ll see is an interesting blend of Japanese and Indian culture in the workplace.
Here are a few aspects to our Human Resource practices that we are happy to share openly with you!
- Our appraisals follow a 360-degree system, where you get an opportunity to give constructive
feedback to your manager.
- You’ll find our Japanese language training very exciting and valuable – it’s a great language, which
will give you a window into a dynamic and interesting culture.
- Recruitment is transparent and stresses only merit – technical and interpersonal.
- And finally, we work out a training calendar for whoever joins us! So you know what we have in mind for your growth.
