That’s why we’ve spent time in developing a culture that’s informal but focused. The Innovative Human Resource processes we follow ensure fairness in treatment, an open exchange of relevant information and a desire to be perfect, without being dogmatic. It helps that we are able to borrow ideas from Japan whenever needed. So what you’ll see is an interesting blend of Japanese and Indian culture in the workplace. |
